She made me feel totally at ease straight away and was still humorous and kind and also very informative about the procedure would totally recommend this very kind nurse

From the first moment I met Mrs Lois Delchar she put me at ease and within minutes I felt like she was a long lost friend. She communicated exactly what the procedure entailed, what and how I may have felt during the procedure, and if I felt any discomfort that I could let her know and she would stop the procedure straight away. By the time the procedure had started I felt I could trust Mrs Delchar and with her friendly team around me, I actually forgot that I was having a hysteroscopy! If I ever need to have this procedure again, I hope that it is done by Mrs Delchar.

Lois put my mind totally at ease and explained the procedure to me as she performed it. I felt totally comfortable with her and her team who all gave me excellent care. There was no long wait and I was seen in a timely manner.

Lois was excellent,putting my wife who has Alzheimers at ease with the whole procedure, everything went very smoothly and the rest of the staff equally as good.

The phone call to book the appointment only referred to an ultrasound and then another appointment. Owing to problems with the post the letter was sent out post marked the 11th Aug but only arrived on the 16th which was the day before appointment. Talking to other staff and patients there does seem to be an issue with the postal service.
